Job Description
We are currently recruiting for our client based in Rotherham. Due to changes within the business they are currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to work with the Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for negotiating and contracting with suppliers, managing suppliers and ensuring good value for money.
Duties Will Include:-
You will be taking the lead in negotiations/disputes with suppliers
Assisting with procurement strategy
Review all Procurement related products
Monitor compliance to contracts
Managing vendor relationships and building effective partnerships
Help to improve efficiencies and agreements
Person Specification:-
5-7 years in a supply chain/procurement role
Graduate calibre ideally
MCIPS or equivalent
Demonstrate achievement of significant cost savings in organisations
Self Motivated
Excellent Communication skills
