Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting 2 Credit Control Administrators to join their expanding Finance Team.
The purpose of the role will be to provide financial support within the credit control department.
Key Activities will include:
- General Post Duties.
- Documenting & Logging payments received accurately..
- Effectively Reconciling remittances to ledger accounts.
- Accurate Remittance cash allocation postings to sales ledger.
- Cash Book maintenance.
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure minimal aged debt.
- Production of off line credits and invoices and posting to ledger accounts in the agreed timescales.
- Debt collection.
- Monitoring and resolving under and over payments on account.
- Other duties as determined by the senior management team.
- Strive to achieve the following additional tasks to help with holiday cover. And personnel advancement.
- Chasing of the debt
- Dealing with any queries with regards to debt or payment.
- Liaising with customers at there head office with regards to payment queries.
- Direct Debit collections and set up accuracy been paramount.
- Adhere and set up using Ace customer set up protocol for new accounts.
- Balancing Sales ledger control ensuring all issues are resolved.
This role is Full Time and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.45pm.
Full Training will be given to successful candidates.
