Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting 2 Credit Control Administrators to join their expanding Finance Team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide financial support within the credit control department.

Key Activities will include:

  • General Post Duties.
  • Documenting & Logging payments received accurately..
  • Effectively Reconciling remittances to ledger accounts.
  • Accurate Remittance cash allocation postings to sales ledger.
  • Cash Book maintenance.
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure minimal aged debt.
  • Production of off line credits and invoices and posting to ledger accounts in the agreed timescales.
  • Debt collection.
  • Monitoring and resolving under and over payments on account.
  • Other duties as determined by the senior management team.
  • Strive to achieve the following additional tasks to help with holiday cover. And personnel advancement.
  • Chasing of the debt
  • Dealing with any queries with regards to debt or payment.
  • Liaising with customers at there head office with regards to payment queries.
  • Direct Debit collections and set up accuracy been paramount.
  • Adhere and set up using Ace customer set up protocol for new accounts.
  • Balancing Sales ledger control ensuring all issues are resolved.

This role is Full Time and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.45pm.

Full Training will be given to successful candidates.
