Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an Office Assistant who will be reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager.

The position with include:

  • Meeting Greeting and providing refreshments for visitors and Senior Management.
  • Arranging refreshments for visitors and senior management.
  • Complete the collection and distribution of internal and external mail.
  • Frank Internal Post and ensure the post is available for the collections with the correct fee paid by the post office.
  • Allocating stationary stock throughout the business and ensuring the print room is organised/tidy and clear of obstructions.
  • Photocopying/Laminating and other general administration duties.
  • Inputting sales statistical information in detail into the weekly accounts including Overider adjustments.

Personal attributes required:

  • Must be numerate & accurate with a logical approach to work.

  • Diligent, hardworking, reliable.

  • Polite with a courteous nature.

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Work

The position is full time, Monday to Friday with hours of work 8.45am till 4.45pm.
