Job Description
An exciting and rapidly growing Electrical company are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This role is responsible for nurturing leads until such time as appointment is passed to the Business Development Managers. This position acts as a first contact with prospects and is critical to new business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal customer data and use effective online search skills to discover potential industries and customer segment opportunities.
- Responding to inbound leads and generating appointments by cold calling business prospects utilizing extensive research skills and strong outbound tele-prospecting capabilities.
- Navigate corporate structures to identify, engage and instantly build rapport with management decision makers/ potential business clients.
- Develop and prioritize opportunities and produce lead lists.
- Research and refine lead contacts and develop contact schedules.
- Work with the respective sales executives to leverage regional and industry knowledge.
- Contact and qualify potential leads.
- Continued development of sales nurturing techniques and skills
Salary : £18k
You will have previous sales/ appointment setting experience and an attitude that is professional, personable and enjoy working as part of an already successful team.
