Job Description
Temporary Collections Advisor - A market leader, a prestigious local Sheffield based business have several opportunities for Temporary Collections Advisors.
The role will involve the following:
- Negotiating payments with debtors and creditors
- Collecting owed monies
- Managing accounts
- Use of Excel to log and record information
- Adhering to FSA regulations
You will have the following:
- Excellent telephone manner
- A background within Credit Control or Collections is not an essential requirement
- A call centre back-ground is desired
- Ability to converse at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Available immediately!
The role is offered with the following perks and benefits:
- An hourly rate of £6.00 and bonus is paid from day 1! (OTE £20K)
