Job Description

My client, the largest independent office supplier in the UK,  is looking for an additional person for the office to support the Director with his expansion plan. The ideal candidate will be energetic, bubbly, confident and passionate about delivering the very best customer service, they are also looking for someone who has a very good work ethic. On a day to day basis you will be dealing with incoming enquiries, taking orders and regularly speaking with customers, following up emails, updating the database and prospecting for new business.  Also, you will be analysing customer spend and their trends and looking at what they are buying from competitors, you will also be involved with monthly mailer campaigns to both prospective clients and current clients and also looking at new business and lapsed clients so cold calling will be necessary. This will be a busy role as currently the customer base is in excess of 600 but the company is looking to expand their customer base in the North and their expansion plan involves building up a telesales team for the Sheffield office.

The office is located quite close to the City Centre with free car parking, the company have very little staff turnover, a relaxed but positive work ethic and the position requires someone with lots of initiative and lots of self motivation.
