Job Description
Profit related bonus available
My client is a well-known and well-established distributor of a range of products to a particular industry sector. They are looking for a Sales Office Manager to work from their Doncaster based site; this is a new role intended to take some duties from a Director.
You will be responsible for the supervision, motivation and development of around 12 internal Account Managers. This will include analysing figures, and ensuring targets are met. In addition, you will be helping to build and maintain relationships with key clients, and a team of field sales people.
The role is office based (9-5.30 Mon to Fri).
Previous experience in a product related sales manager role is essential- this should include managing others.
A degree, or minimum A level / BTEC is preferred.
