Job Description

To be responsible for a caseload of learner’s undertaking job search activities and to ensure that these learners are matched to placement and progression opportunities.

Main Duties

Engaging with local employers to secure Work Placements, Job Opportunities and Apprenticeships for our 16 to 18 year old client group.

Be targeted on identifying and matching Learner's to suitable progression opportunities as well as providing continued support thereafter

Building rapport with Learner’s to understand their personal issues and barriers and identify suitable support to help them to achieve their goals

Ensure all aspects of H&S requirements are met and all placements/work trials have appropriate paperwork completed.

Supporting Learner's in preparation of CV writing, application templates, interview techniques, mock interviews, presentation skills and other relevant employability skills

Actively promotes the company’s services to employers, placements and partners

Contributing to the delivery of the contract profiles and targets for the contract

Criteria:

• Proven sales and selling experience is a must, as well as experience of working with the 16    to 18 yr old client group
• Recruitment Experience
• Knowledge of local labour market
• Experience of working to targets
• Full driving license and use of own car
