Job Description
Inspire Resourcing have an opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic Sales Executive.
You will be working with in a Service Department with duties including:
* Achieving new Maintenance sales targets.
* Preparing new Maintenance quotes for new customers.
* Utilising the existing client base to generate new maintenance sales.
* Developing and building long-term relationships with customers.
* Handling customer renewal queries & escalating issues as required.
* Tracking non-renewals and reasons for cancellation.
* Remain knowledgeable of the solutions, systems and processes.
* Proficient in the company?s maintenance and renewal pricing policies.
Qualifications/Experience Required
Working in a small team you will be articulate with outstanding communication & organisational skills. Ideally applicants should also have experience in some or all of the following areas;
customer service, telephone sales and/or service and contract sales.
Skills/Experience:
* Professional Telephone manner.
* Excellent literacy and numeric skills.
* IT knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
* A levels/Degree an advantage
