Job Description
Our client is looking for an extremely efficient and organised Document Controller.
The contract is 18 months - Monday to Friday - Full Time
Key tasks will be:
Liaising with contractors re documents
Using 4Projects system to check uploaded information
Collating information from 4Projects and creating a new document where necessary
Sending documents out to all relevant parties
Dealing with purchase orders
Ordering materials
Copying and filing of important documents
Updating in house systems
Experience with 4Projects would be an advantage, but is not essential.
