Job Description
Recruitment Branch Manager – Education, Sheffield
- Up to c£37k basic
- Excellent uncapped commission
- Car or Allowance

Position
- Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a team of recruiters – varied experiences.
- Full P&L responsibility.
- This challenging but exciting and highly rewarding role will involve motivating teams, training and development, budgets & forecasts, Strategic reviewing to ensure profitability is always maintained
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in a professional recruitment sector; Education, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, I.T, Commercial etc.
- A career minded individual who has strong man management skills and able to get the best out of recruiters – strong sales and service ethos.
- Articulate and able to present at all levels.
- Dedicated to lead by example with a ‘Hands-On’ approach.
