CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR £13K+BONUS!!
BARNSLEY!!!
A Vacancy has arisen within the Sales Office for a Customer Service Administrator.
The key aspects of this role include:
Handling telephone queries from internal and external customers.
Processing orders and defects whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved.
Support the field based personnel.
Responsible for general administration duties
Undertake other such duties and responsibilities, as when requested
You will also be responsible for dealing with buyers, quoting prices and ensuring correct procedures are followed with reference to customer orders/prices.
Your communication skills will be excellent as you will be expected to liaise closely with the other departments and field based personnel.
In order to fulfil the role, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and be capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Duties must be carried out in compliance with Company Policy, ensure the Health and Safety of yourself, all other staff and resources within the area of responsibility.
