Company
A leading provider of health and social care professionals. They have specialist agencies for registered nurses, carers, support workers, social workers, GPs and allied healthcare professionals, they recruit nationally and deliver their service throughout the United Kingdom; supplying staff to all areas and specialties of the healthcare sector and industry.
Role
- An experienced and proven Operations Manager is now required to assist in the growth and expansion of their Sheffield office.
- The role will involve all aspects of being Branch Manager plus operational and strategic planning.
- You will manage a team of 10 including support staff.
- You will become part of an energetic and dynamic company, determined to further develop and grow their UK office network.
- Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of the branch and complete control of P&L.
Requirements
- You will ideally have previous Healthcare/Social Care Branch Management experience
- You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to further your career
- Sales minded and self-starting, with natural leadership qualities, you will possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your branch forward
