Regional Branch Manager – Sheffield, Healthcare

A specialist healthcare recruiter with a strong branch network throughout the country. Working across the social care sector they place candidates on both a permanent and temporary basis.

With a strong leadership team in place, this organisation is quickly becoming a major competitor in providing healthcare recruitment solutions. They are now in a position to recruit a strong, business development focussed manager to cover the Sheffield region.

Role

Working directly with an employee relationship manager, you will be responsible for all sales, business development and networking opportunities across your region and for delivering new business opportunity and growth through your targeted sales activity. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospective leads through to contract win or to first booking placement.

This role will involve:

• Identifying and generating sales leads
• Identifying growth opportunities from existing customers
• Networking to establish leads and securing referrals and recommendations
• Understanding the competition and market threats
• Sales and servicing visits
• Performing to target
• Reporting on sales activity and business planning future growth
  • Completing tenders, PQQ’s, ITT’s and PSL’s through to presentation and contract award
