Job Description
We are a highly dynamic leading personal injury firm in North Derbyshire looking to recruit into an expanding call centre. Suitable candidates will be career-minded and have a strong desire to work in a fast paced, forward thinking, professional environment.
Responsibilities: Dedicated to initial client contact. Following up client enquiries to secure new claims for the business.
Requirements: This is a vital role within the business. The successful candidate will be required to give new clients their first impression of the firm.
A confident telephone manner and a keen eye for detail are essential. Suitable characteristics are friendly, empathetic, the ability to relate to people, talkative, quick learner, confident, jovial. A sales background is preferred.
Flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work a mixture of weekdays between the hours of 2pm - 10pm and Saturdays/Sundays between the hours of 9am-7pm.
