Job Description
The Job Role:
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Support the Business Analysis & Improvement team in Business & Private Client division in the strategic development, co-ordination and management of all change projects required to support effective process and product delivery within the business and the practice area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing projects and change within and the practice area
2. Implementing new contracts into the business
3. Developing operational efficiency improvement initiatives within business areas and managing them through to implementation
4. Developing and promoting best practice across the business utilising standard operating methodologies.
5. Implementing and maintaining a project and change prioritisation processes involving key stakeholders
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance appraisal. To comply with the firms Performance Appraisal Policy and to meet all performance targets set and follow all recommendations and instructions made at review interview and as set out in the review interview form.
- Firms’ policies and procedures. To comply with all the firm’s policies and procedures and with all reasonable instructions and requests made by any senior member of staff or Department Supervisor and, in particular, comply with the following:
1.1. ISO 9001 requirements as set out in the relevant manual;
1.2. Health and Safety requirements.
1.3. LSC specialist quality mark (where applicable).
To comply with all duties and obligations set out in the post holder’s contract of employment and as may be amended (after consultation) by the Partnership from time to time.
Carry out any other duties which may from time to time be required of the post holder by any Partner, Senior Member of the firm or Department Supervisor.
Essential Requirements / Person Spec:
Degree educated is an essential and desirable to have MBA or graduate in Business studies.
10 years experience working in a FTSE 250 size company.
Experience in managing and co-ordinating large scale change with a service or manufacturing background.
Experience of cultural change and management projects which have led to business benefits.
Experience of supporting product development specialists in taking new products to market.
Working across all levels of management up to board level.
Demonstrate delivery of operational improvement within a service driven environment.
My Client is not looking for a Change Manager from the IT Industry, you must come from the Service or Manufacturing environment
