Job Description
We urgently need experienced call-handling individuals to assist within a busy environment taking calls from predominately companies who have their vehicles broke down and need some-one to go out and repair immediately. This role will suit some-one who ideally has a mechanical background or who possesses a strong service background from within an automotive dealership.
Must Haves:
Experience of the automotive service industry
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication ability
Organised
IT literate
