Job Description
Our client urgently needs 2 mechanical background individuals but to work within a call-handling area. The client services and looks after several key clients vehicles on the road - they are now wanting candidates with an automotive background, and mechanical knowledge to assist, as they will be required to liaise with the engineers out in the field and assist with the breakdown but over the telephone.
This role will suit some-one who has had enough of getting their hands dirty, and working out in the cold, yet still has the know-how to assist others primarily over the telephone, this role offers a fantastic long-term career oppotunity, with plenty of over-time and abundance of development, and the chance to work for one of the market leaders within this field of excellence.
The working shifts are Monday - Friday 7-3,8-4, 9-5 - this is agreed amicably between staff handling the calls.
In addition our client offers luxury offices, pleasant surroundings, plenty of free parking and easy access in and out to the motorway and Sheffield and Barnsley. They are located in the heart of Chapeltown.
