Job Description

We are currently looking for a reputable individual who is able to perform tasks professionally and confidently - on a day to day basis the successful individual will be required to answer calls and deal with them fast and efficiently. The nature of the calls will be relating to break-downs, and the individual will be required to liaise with the end client and also a breakdown indiviudal who is out in the field.

Ideally you will possess some knowledge from within the automotive sector and be-ale to give accurate information out. Excellent customer service is a must, a strong and confident telephone manner, along with good PC skills to input and deal with data proffiently.

The working week is Monday - Friday working either 7-3, 8-4 or 9-5 - the specific hours will be agreed with the line manager to suit an individual.

Due to our client having such large work requirements they need some-one immediately so we have an immediate start date, our client is aprt of a PLC so can offer fantastic job security, good career progression and the opportunity to be part of some-thing very big.
