Job Description
My client is a large outsourcing call centre based in Rotherham. They are currently recruiting for a Quality coach to join their team. They work on behalf of many blue chip clients and have an excellent reputation in the industry.
The role includes shifts based within the call centre hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
You will be responsible for the administration and version control monitoring of telephony services and process compliance for all contact centre associates. You will regularly meet with the client and the Quality Coaches from other locations to ensure consistency is delivered in all areas. You will liaise daily with the Operations Manager to facilitate requirements.
The purpose of this role is to drive key qualitative, performance improvements through the consolidation and development of a comprehensive Contact Quality Monitoring programme for campaigns within the business thus maintaining the competitive edge within the outsourcing marketplace.
Requirements
€¢ You will have prior knowledge of quality monitoring in a call centre environment
€¢ Clear concise communication skills though all levels of staff
€¢ Invest time to build and maintain relationships within the team
€¢ Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
