Our client is one of the most sought after and known names within the automotive industry. Due to their plans of expansion, secure and strong market growth they are now very keen to appoint a General Manager to work within their prestige site at Sheffield. This role is to run a very large franchise within a very prestige market. The site has 50+ staff and is the main site within the area. Focus is on profitability, driving the business forward, being able to demonstrate key transferable skills gained in another dealership. Due to the involvement from the manufacturer our client is looking for some-one who can lead from the front, make decisions, be involved within all areas of the business, implement changes to ensure the mechanics of the business run better. Involvement within the sales team, possess a track record of turning around an under performing site, trouble shooting, and demonstrating strong relationship skills with customers and employees.
Be-able to develop employees and progress accordingly. Monitor retention and ensure a strong nutritionally balanced team.
A key important note is our client is wanting some-one with a concise CV who has not job hopped, and who is has good demonstrable progression on their CV.
