Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a store manager for my client who is a leading brand in the book market.
The shop is located in the centre of Sheffield and is close to transport links and has excellent amenities.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing a team who are responsible for the buying of stock.
Being able to motivate them and set targets is key as apposed to having product knowledge.
A fantastic salary of between 22k to 24k is available.
This is a maternity cover role and will be between 6 to 12 months in length.
Person Specification:
Previous experience of managing in a retail environment is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate competency in motivating and leading a team successfully
Strong relationship building skills are also required
