Job Description
My client is a 4* hotel based in Sheffield City Centre and are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie with high standards and an eye for detail. Working in a large brigade you will enjoy a fast paced environment and a passionate team.
The role will include:
Taking charge of sections on a rota basis
Supervision of trainees and commis chefs
Liasing with the Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in compiling weekly TDH menu
Assisting Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs when required in food preperation
Ensure kitchen is clean and maintain personal hygiene.
