What you'll give our customers

As a Local Business Manager, you'll nurture your own portfolio of clients through regular meetings to establish their current and future financial needs. You'll then recommend the products and services that will prove profitable for both Barclays and the client. That will often mean calling on the expertise of your specialist colleagues, who in turn will rely on your support as part of an integrated, collaborative branch team.

What you'll need
