Local Business Manager

What you'll give our customers
The prosperity of every local community depends on the health of its local businesses. And, in a commercial climate that sets fresh challenges every day, expert financial advice can be a priceless asset. As a Local Business Manager, you'll nurture your own portfolio of clients through regular meetings to establish their current and future financial needs. You'll then recommend the products and services that will prove profitable for both Barclays and the client. That will often mean calling on the expertise of your specialist colleagues, who in turn will rely on your support as part of an integrated, collaborative branch team.

You'll be a proven relationship manager who combines a passion for service excellence with a keen eye for sales opportunities. In fact, you'll be the kind of person who likes nothing better than getting to grips with a tricky financial conundrum and working collaboratively with customers to find a solution.
