Job Description
This role is to inspire, motivate and support all Credit and Collections staff in the delivery of a differentiated and outstanding customer experience.
To inspire and promote an innovative and partnership style relationship with customer channels.
Create and maintain a team culture, which supports and drives employee engagement within customer channels giving them the opportunity to contribute to improving business and customer experience by exceeding all operational KPI’s.
Initiate, develop and maintain relevant industry relationships to optimise efficiencies, processes, adherence to best practice and future proof the operation.
Ensure 100% compliance to current and future Legal and Regulatory requirements.
Integration and ongoing management of CIFAS.
Achieve customer satisfaction, operational and commercial KPIs.
Person Specification
€¢ Proven experience as a people manager.
€¢ Experience of working within a contact centre or customer service environment.
€¢ Experience of working within a Credit & Collections function at management level
€¢ Experience of delivering challenging targets and working within tight deadlines
€¢ Self motivated, competitive and able to work on own initiative.
€¢ Experience of successfully motivating, developing and influencing a team to deliver great results
€¢ Able to analyse information
€¢ Able to work autonomously
€¢ Demonstrates experience of effective ways to build customer relationships(rapport, identifying customer needs, resolving customer queries)
€¢ Commercial awareness (Understanding of the service/profit chain model and of Bad Debt management)
€¢ Demonstrate experience of forming and maintaining third party relationships and the management of them.
€¢ Confident Decision Maker
€¢ Good understanding of Credit and Risk
€¢ Experience of handling credit file information from any of the Credit Reference agencies including direct experience of Credit Risk decision making based on Credit Reference Bureaux data
€¢ Fraud Data Base experience - understanding Fraud risks. CIFAS knowledge experience including audit requirements
€¢ Commercial Awareness.
€¢ Ability to identify weakness and strengths within team and policies.
