Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager of this thriving, specialist manufacturing Company, your role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service and Telephone Account Management to an established customer base.
The ideal applicant will have the proven technical ability to not only assist and place orders but also to plan and prioritise customer requests, ensuring that prices,quantities and charges are all entered timely and accurately.
You will have a technical background and have experience of advising customers on lead times in a manufacturing environment.
