Job Description

An award-winning global engineering firm are looking to recruit a stand out Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the company’s global marketing plan and will play a key role in driving the business forward.

Areas of responsibility will include: New product development including launches Events & exhibitions management Digital marketing On & Off line marketing Brand management Business to business lead generation Marketing plan co-ordination PR and press relations Production of marketing reports

To be successful in your application you will need to have a marketing-related qualification such as CIM. You will have worked within a technical / manufacturing sector, have substantial business to business marketing experience and have made significant contributions to product development and successful new product launches.

Key personal traits include a warm, confident and bubbly personality, with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders both internal and external, through building productive relationships.

You will have a methodical and very organised approach to your work. Ideally you will have line management experience, however you will be part of a relatively small team and as such need to be willing to get involved in all aspects of the marketing function.
