Job Description
Inbound Customer Services - Manvers/Dearne Valley
Are you great with customers?
Do you have fantastic level of communication and keyboard skills?
We are looking for helpful, friendly, caring people for a project in Dearne Valley for a leading contact centre. You will be taking in bound calls from members of the public reporting cruelty to animals. So you will need to be calming, professional, empathetic and level headed.
Do you have call centre experience and you know to find your way round a keyboard and have basic excel and word knowledge. Geographical knowledge of the British isle would be necessary.
You will need to be available 5 days a week Monday to Sunday, 11am to 9pm These hours are seasonal and may change to 11am to 11pm. Pay rates will start from £6.92ph-£7.21ph
You will work a 35 hour working week, and training will be given. These roles are to start on 14th April. Successful candidates will be subject to credit checks and referencing.
