Job Description
Autism Plus are seeking an Employment Coach based within Jobsteps, Sheffield. This is a part time post (3 days per week).
The role is to deliver client services to agreed standards and outcomes that ensure the programmes are being delivered successfully and to work on the NEET's programme covering the sheffield area.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing of the programme to target groups and recruitment of learners to the programme.
Assessment of learners to ascertain needs.
Production of personal development plans.
Planning and delivery of learning sessions for both individual and group needs.
Reviewing learners progress.
Employer engagement to secure work placements or development opportunities for learners on the programme.
