Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - PART TIME DONCASTER 17.5 hours per week £6.92 - £7.25ph 9 months contract, possibility to perm for right person.

We are looking for a customer service advisor to provide a competent, efficient and friendly service to all branch customers, through identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions, referring to qualified staff where relevant, and ensuring that FSA procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities: 1. Carrying out investment and cashiering duties as required, performing transactions for customers visiting or writing to the branch, and performing the role of balancing cashier on a rota basis.

  1. Keeping fully up to date with company policy and procedures relating to all aspects of the job, ensuring they are closely adhered to.

  2. Keeping fully up to date with all company products and services, responding to customer enquiries received at the counter/sales desk, by post or telephone, referring to more experienced/qualified member of staff as appropriate.·

  3. Identifying sales opportunities and customer needs through discussion and, if relevant, sells the appropriate company product or service.

  4. Taking on any additional responsibilities and duties as required by branch manager, ensuring company policy and FSA procedures are followed.

The right candidate will have the ability to provide clear and concise information in a logical manner. Has a positive manner and is a confident communicator. We are looking for someone who can manage their time and plan thier work load on a day to day basis.

The right person will have previous experience in dealing directly with customer contact in a sales/Financial Service background.Attention to detail is imperitive, keyboard and cash handling experience would be advantagous.

Shift pattern Mon & Tue 9-5 The alternate Wed 13.30pm - 17.00pm & Sat 9am-12am
