Job Description
A fabulous opportunity to join this prestigious law firm within their Litigation team.
This is a varied and interesting role that incorporates secretarial and administrative duties:
diary management
organising client hospitality
organising court case management conference calls
liaising with clients
conducting Companies House searches
entering details on to the database
organising travel and accommodation
audio typing
opening and managing client files
conducting conflict searches
producing letters, reports, emails, memos, legal forms
credit control
For this role, it is essential that you have secretarial experience gained within the legal sector. Your audio typing must be fast and accurate and you must have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
