Job Description
Nurse Practitioner Required for Medical Centre, based in the Rotherham and Leeds area.The medical centre will provide nurse-led services to people with minor injuries and ailments and will offer a comprehensive health advice and patient information service. As Nurse Practitioner, your role will be centred on providing an individual approach, assessing any patient with undifferentiated/undiagnosed conditions and successfully making a diagnosis using a range of validated clinical guidelines. The successful candidate will have a recognised NP qualification (minimum of degree level or equivalent), a minimum of 5 years\' post registration experience and proven experience in Chronic Disease Management.Evidence of appropriate Continuing Professional Development will also be required.In return a fabulous package, including excellent salary of £38k p.a. is on offer, along with the opportunity to work in a friendly, team focused learning environment with excellent reputation for first-class patient care.
