Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resource Administrator to join a large manufacturing company based in Sheffield.
Key responsibilities
€¢ To be the first point of contact for enquiries for the Human Resources Department
€¢ All Starters and leavers are processed in time to meet payroll deadlines and SAP records are kept up to date and accurate.
€¢ Ensure all managers understand the time administration process
€¢ Ensure all sickness when notified is placed into SAP for Payroll and any anomalies raised with the HR Manager and appropriate manager. Ensure regular meetings are held with occupational health to discuss sickness absence.
€¢ Arrange disciplinary meetings with department managers and complete all necessary paperwork.
€¢ Ensure administration is completed
€¢ Support the HR team with any administration duties including distribution of business letters
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and will have administration experience. You will be organised, methodical and thorough.
This position is on temporary contract to cover maternity. The position will be starting on the 4th may.
Salary: £18k
Hours- Full Time but would look at Part time as well
