Job Description
A highly professional, customer service assistant is required to work for one of the world's leading manufacturers of motion and control technologies and systems. Our client is an engineering company which provide solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.
The ability to speak fluent Spanish and or French is essential for this post, ideally you will have proficiency in either or both of those languages . A good understanding of working to tight deadlines within a pressurised manufacturing environment is also desirable.
Although the position is initially on a contractual basis, there is a strong chance that the position will become permanent.
Some of your duties are outlined below;
" Inputting orders onto the company database
" Liaising via email and over the telephone with external customers
" Ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time
" Answering queries from both UK and international customers via the telephone and email
" Being the first point of contact for potential new customers
This is an ongoing temporary contract which will be reviewed monthly.
