Job Description

Experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie required for this 4 star hotel, 1 rosette multi-outlet property.

This exquisite country house hotel and dining establishment would like to appoint a committed (Senior) Chef de Partie. Enjoying an excellent reputation for its high standards, the venue is popular for regular dining, weddings, banquets and conferences. Catering for corporate and private cliental this hotel is busy all year round.

Working within an established and stable brigade of approximately ten chefs, the successful applicant showing the right dedication and passion will thrive within an excellent kitchen environment. Flexibility is key to this position as is a desire to succeed in your chosen profession.

Qualifications/Experience required: Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. Although Rosette experience is not essential you must have a quality background and display the dedication that our client requires.
