Job Description
Our Client is looking for experienced team leaders to manage and coach a team of customer service advisors ensuring operational excellence, productivity and cost-effective management within the team.
The ideal candidates will have the ability to maximise service levels and minimise work queues to agreed client standards. You will provide daily feedback on performance as well as conducting 1-2-1’s with your team members and manage individual and team performances including devising and assisting with achievement of development plans to ensure productivity and shrinkage targets are achieved.
