Job Description

We seek an experienced Secretary/PA to support a very busy team of Sales & Marketing Managers.

Day to day duties include:

  • organising and facilitating meetings

  • collating figures and producing reports

  • manipulating data using Excel

  • organising international travel and accommodation

  • preparing PowerPoint presentations

  • collating Management Information

  • reporting on KPIs

  • general administrative duties

For this role it is essential that you have excellent skills using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You will have proven PA experience, ideally in a fast paced, commercial environment. You must also have very fast and accurate typing together with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
