We are working with a Leading Motor Dealership with branches throughout the UK.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to work in our Clients Busy Motor Sales Office.
Handling customer enquiries to the aftersales department for servicing and
repairs.
Advising on value added products such as service plans and extended
warranties.
Administering customer bookings to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Person Specification
Applicants Must have automotive aftersales experience.
Applicants Must have excellent computer and telephone skills.
