FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WANTED FOR THE RSPCA
ROTHERHAM
Initially on a 3-month fixed term contract and then permanent.
£6.99 - £7.28 per hour
40 hours, 35 hours and 30 hours staright shifts - between 9am - 5pm.
We are looking to recruit customer-focused individuals who have a passion and interest in animals and the RSPCA charity.
You will be taking inboundcalls from around the UK from people who are reporting animal cruelty cases. Candidate MUST be able to take calls of a potentially distressing nature.
Skills needed:
Excellent telephone manner.
Accurate keyboard skills.
An interets in animals and the RSPCA charity.
Excellent geographicla knowledge of the UK - major towns and cities.
Good spelling and English.
Able to provide proof of address, right to work and NI number.
In return, you will have the chance to work at one of the regions leading outsourcing centres as well of working for one of the countries leading animal charities and fundraising.
