This is a permanent role with great benefits.
My client based in Sheffield City Centre are currently looking to recruit an experience customer service advisor / call handler to work within their busy, professional and modern contact centre.
The role will involve taking inbound calls from existing and potential customers, and dealing with their queries, accurately and efficiently. Offering excellent customer service and working to KPIs and targets.
You must have previous customer service or call centre experience along with excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Hours of work for this position are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday this will be based on a rota basis and work occasional Saturdays.
