Job Description

Our client, a national deliveries specialist based near Rotherham, is currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to support the Customer Service Manger.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day to day running of the team, ensuring that the functions undertaken within are performed to a consistently high standard and in a professional and efficient manner.

• €¢ To manage and support the team, with technical knowledge, making cost effective decisions on allocation of breakdowns/scheduled work within a spend limit

• €¢ Will liaise with their client's management team, supporting the customer with technical expertise, to ensure that their expectations are achieved at all times.

• €¢ Responsible for the efficient coding / processing of all incoming job cards ensuring that all chargeable items are identified and charged accordingly in an accurate and consistent manner.

• €¢ Responsible for shift patterns, holiday management and payroll administration.

• €¢ Assists the Customer Service Manger, by identifying potential issues relating to maintenance/cost/staffing issues.

The Person:

• €¢ Customer focused with a proven record of supervisory skills.

• €¢ Self motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of attention to detail.

• €¢ Must be suitably qualified in Light/Commercial Vehicle maintenance.

• €¢ Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a maintenance environment.

• €¢ Possess the ability to remain focused whilst under pressure.

• €¢ Should be computer literate.
