** Dynamic nurse required for exciting community-based initiative!**

Fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful community-based project, working with healthcare professionals and patients to better improve nutritional management of patients! This role will be responsible for patients in the Sheffield area.

Opportunities like this do not come about often! This would suit a dynamic Paediatric trained nurse, who is looking for a role with greater responsibility and to be recognised and rewarded for their efforts!

To be considered for this role you must be:
* Registered RSCN with 2 years post-registration experience
* Highly organised and able to manage own caseload
* A confident communicator
* Enjoy mentoring and training
