If you?re looking to further your career, this role could be for you. An excellent opportunity has arisen in the Chesterfield area for candidates who have extensive experience in customer service.

You will be the main point of telephone contact for all our customers and therefore play an important role in setting customer expectations from initial contact through to completion.

The following skills are essential:
- Proven customer service / call centre experience
- Previous experience of responding to customers needs in a fast paced environment is crucial.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of customer queries from initial contact through to completion is essential.

- Sound PC knowledge
