Our client in Doncaster are looking for sales focused, target driven people, ideally from a recruitment or sales background to work alongside people who are currently unemployed. This role is to introduce people back into the world of work, through Cv building, coaching and basic skills, building relationships with both cleints and companies and forging strong elements of trust whilst remaining empathic to people's needs, situations and restrictions to work.
This position is a new post working for the most successful employment and training provider int he UK, the company you will be working for are top of it field and a well known name that is highly recognised for its reputation.
The basic salary is £18- 20K plus commission.
Immediate start for the right individual.


To be successful in this role you will sales focused and highly target driven with a proven track record, a self starter who can motivate themselves and work using their own initiative. This role is not for the faint hearted, it will be hard work, so anyone that likes a challenge this will be right up your street. You must have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour., whilst remaining empathic to clients needs.
You must be able to 'think outside of the box' and be prepared to go above and beyond the expected.

Previous experience within recruitment or sales is preferred as it is extremely advantageous but not essential. Be fully PC literate.

All candidate must have a full driving licence and their own vehicle.
