Part-Time Team Leader - £17-£22k plus bonus and benefits - Dearne Valley (flexible shifts)

A superb opportunity has arisen for experienced Call Centre Team Leaders to join an established organisation during an exciting period of growth.

Working for a tele-communications department where you will be involved in everything from recruitment to holding 1:1's, appraisals, training and coaching and motivating your team. It provides an opportunity to set the standards and culture of the business to create a superb employee and customer experience.

You will be the sort of manager who leads by example and inspires through confident leadership. You will not be afraid to be innovative in motivating your staff and have a genuine passion for coaching and development.

Package:

Shifts available:

Monday to Thursday 4pm - 9pm and Saturday morning 8am - 12pm or Sunday Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm and a Saturday or Sunday
