Systems focused Accountancy job based in Sheffield, would suit Part or Qualified Finance professional keen to pay a key role in the implementation of an ERP system for a global, listed group.  This high profile position will allow you to work with multiple sites and their management teams, understanding their processes and needs and ultimately shaping best practice and the future of the business.  You will be based in Sheffield but with extensive UK travel, including hotel stays.  You will be on the front line as part of a team of implementers, you will be responsible for the finance element of the ERP template and the deliverables of that functional area during the project lifecycle.  Throughout the project lifecycle you will be responsible for coaching Key Users and be involved in; workshops and decision-making, championing best practice, identifying and addressing Change Management & Risks, local configuration of the package and training You will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of the finance area of the ERP template proceeds to planned time scales and best practice. Your continued career development will be guaranteed with opportunities within systems or a move into either head office finance or a site finance role.
