The medical centre will provide nurse-led services to people with minor injuries and ailments and will offer a comprehensive health advice and patient information service.
As Nurse Practitioner, your role will be centred on providing an individual approach, assessing any patient with undifferentiated/undiagnosed conditions and successfully making a diagnosis using a range of validated clinical guidelines.
The successful candidate will have a recognised NP qualification (minimum of degree level or equivalent), a minimum of 5 years' post registration experience and proven experience in Chronic Disease Management.
Evidence of appropriate Continuing Professional Development will also be required.
