My client is an international organisation who's main aim is to find employment for unemployed people.

They are currently looking for an Employment Coach to join their Sheffield office.

The Position

The role will involve working with Candidates to identify, source and successfully match people to employment.

Experience

Previous experience in an advice and guidance role
Face to face negotiating
Interviewing experience
Proven track record in meeting targets in a fast moving environment
Previous experience of employer engagement/recruitment


Ideally the successful applicant will currently be working for a Training Provider in similiar role or working as a Recruitment Consultant.
The role is very much a sales role as you will be identifying employment opportunities over the phone and face to face.
