B2B Telephone Sales Professionals Required Job Purpose:
We have over 300 jobsites managed from our Head Office in Sheffield and strategic sales offices in Glasgow, Newcastle, Warrington and Birmingham, and we are now looking for the best B2B telephone sales people to expand this dynamic sales team in a number of locations.
We already work with organisations such as RBS, Whitbread, GCHQ, Barclays, O2, (and many, many more) and most of
the high profile recruitment agencies throughout the UK, helping them develop solutions to help them recruit.
Your remit will be to grow your site to the level of our other sites within the group (they can be found by going to www.myjobgroup.co.uk).
Typically approaching HR Directors, HR Mangers, MD's and Managers within employment agencies, you will deliver revenue mainly through online product demonstrations and over the telephone. You will be able to converse with clients about the recruitment objectives across their business, and gain a real insight into their recruitment structures and
practices and establish the tangible commercial benefits that can be derived from utilising our sites.
This is not high pressure sales, and we do not make sales at any cost, we dont need to, our products work. However you will have the sales acumen to be able to match our products to requirements and you will not be afraid to ask for an order.
As a business we have an enviable client retention rate of over 80%, therefore there is also a strong need for account management skills.
Ideal Candidate
You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in Business to Business Sales; you will be a new business winner. You will be outgoing, not afraid of the telephone and professional at all times.
You will thrive in a successful sales environment and be able to work out of a sales office where there are no shirkers.
Rewards include a basic salary of up to £19,000 with an achievable OTE of £30k plus. Pension and medical cover are available after probation.
