Our client a busy commercial property company based in Barnsley is seeking an experienced internal sales advisor to support Centre managers. The team is very dynamic and they are looking for self starters that can Manager their own workload as well as having the proven ability to work to deadlines and targets set.
The role will involve a mixture of handling internal calls and outbound sales. The outbound calls could be to existing or dormant customers or it could be cold calling to new customers to introduce the company and fact find on their requirements. Although cold calling is required, it is not a 'hard sell' environment and the approach taken is to build rapport and gain interest to book an appointment for the Centre Manager. Customer care skills are essential to maintain the reputation of the company. You will be targeted on lead generation and on revenue therefore the successful candidates need to be happy in a target based environment.
In conjunction with developing sales leads the role includes general administration including creating letters, direct mail fulfilment and general day to day administration duties.
The successful candidate needs to have a willingness to learn and to go the extra mile to ensure their work is completed to the highest standard.
